With the first pick of the 2015 NFL Draft,
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers
select
Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

Tampa Bay needs a quarterback, and Winston is the best Quarterback in the draft. Simple enough.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

With the 2nd pick in the 2015 draft: Tennessee Titans select Leonard Williams

Mariota is not the QB of the future for this team. So we take the best player in the draft.

With the 3rd Pick in the 2005 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars
select DE-LB Dante Fowler Jr.. Florida

This is a situation in which values meets need. The real difficult choice would have been if both Leonard Williams and Dante Fowler were still available.

With the 4th pick, the Oakland Raiders select

Amari Cooper, Ala, WR

A lot of people might not agree but I feel Cooper is the best player in the draft and will give Carr and the Raiders a bonafide number 1 Wr. Their offense is starting to come together

With the 5th pick, the Washington Redskins select Vic Beasley, Outside Linebacker, Clemson

Easy decision for a team that desperately needs help on defense.

At pick # 6 the New York Jets are going to take Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska

With Williams, Beasley, and Fowler being off the board, which I (and im projecting here, the jets) didn't expect, they want the best pass rusher available and despite his off field concerns in a bit of a panic move, the jets take the gamble here and hope Gregory can be trusted to stay on the field and disrupt opposing QBs.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

With the 10th pick, the St. Louis Rams select Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon.

Mayock moved him to the top QB on his board. Not sold on Foles as the long term answer for St.Louis. And thought the Jets would take him at 6. You gotta grab 'em early. Made sense for a franchise that has suffered through the failed experiment with Sam Bradford and is likely playing their last season in the midwest.

Only a chump boos the home team!

It was pass rusher or CB, with the top rushers off the board went with the best CB

(selecting for Kodiak - who gave me his pick as an absentee mock GM)

With the 14th pick the Miami Dolphins select Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia.

Kodiak's logic behind the pick:

Miami needs to give their QB, who's in his make or break year, some balance on offense, and the best way to do that is to supply the most dominant college runner in the last few drafts.

Goodell: Here to announce the Browns next pick is Quarterback Johnny Manziel. Let's go live to the Betty Ford Clinic.

JM: Thank you. Thank you. Is a pressure, I UMMM mean a pleasure to be here. Well, I dont mean here in rehab, but there with all you, Hic, fine people.

With the next pick in the draft, it's the um, 19 th? yeah. 19 th pick in the draft the Cleveland Indians select... what? Itshnot? I thought you said it...you sure?

Ok ok ok, the Browns take...WHAT??? I am not taking that guy. Is some drunk homeless guy making these picks? That's why this team sucks, because they spend first round picks on guys who can't play. We're doing this my way.

The Browns take Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin, so I don't have to throw the ball any more.

Goodell:
