Dang guys, I just wanted to share my views about Steve McNair. I'll admit that I went overboard with my last post, but I didn't expect to unleash the hornets nest.

Maybe he wasn't a "great" man...but having an affair doesn't equate him to Hitler either!! Things happen, people do dumb [BLEEP], but that doesn't mean he was a horrible person in general...he just made some wrong choices. Guess what...he was human!

Okay everyone, let me clear some things up as to why I posted this topic.


1) It's Tennessee Week, and what better way to have Tennessee week than having a thread about one of the Jaguars biggest enemies.


2) I feel that McNair was an underrated player and deserves more recognition.



I just want to say that some of the people on here have absolutely no class, or respect by calling out a dead guy and insulting him for cheating on his wife. Was it the right thing for McNair to do? no. But that still doesn't mean that he deserved to die the way he did. Should we stop calling Junior Seau a great player just because he killed himself? Exactly, you people make me sick.
