Branch was present but unaccounted for.

 

Clemons was both missing and unaccounted for.

 

If our draft pick was healthy, Clemons would be gone.

 

 

No, I don't think that's it. Gus talked about wanting to save Clemons for third down to keep him healthier and allow him to do more damage strictly in a pass rushing role. If anyone is on the hot seat it's Branch, although Branch is in the first and second down rotation hence the earlier listing.

I was just looking at the depth chart and noticed 2 things...

 

1. Poz has no backup

 

2. Did I miss this Crume kid? Can somebody help me out, I just dont remember this kid during the preaseason.

 

 

Now the first thing is that we dont have a true backup MLB which bothers me cause Poz is only a 2 down MLB is my opinion. I liked George alot. I wonder why he was even released. Then again, I wondered about JT Thomas last year.

 

Just my thoughts. The depth chart I was reading comes directly from Jaguars.com.

And this depth chart is from the preseason. This means that some players that were cut are still on the depth chart, and that we still have co-starters or whatever. Don't look too much into it.

Nah Branch would be gone. #90 has 10 sacks in 3 years....Clemons almost had that last year...as an old.
