The validity of the ' law'  is definitely an issue on this end.  

 

   As long as Kim Davis remains in her position,  I definitely believe she shouldn't issue the licenses that she has refused to and no one working under her should issue the licenses.  

 

I usually agree with you regarding most things, especially politics, but I disagree with you here.  I think that she should either resign from her position, or face the consequences of refusing to obey the law.

What I can't understand is why can't people worry about themselves instead of what others are doing? Why do they have to interfere in other people's personal lives? Really, who gives a damn? Personally, I think that woman is a full blown idiot and deserves to be fired for insubordination. Some people just aren't happy unless they're throwing their religion in other people's faces against their own will..

These problems are going to keep happening because people are too damn ignorant to know how to separate church and state..

Bingo. Government is agnostic (can I use that word?). The US government does not care what you think or believe, it only cares about due process under the law. If someone's personal, religious beliefs interfere with their ability to perform their lawful duties as prescribed by an agnostic government, then they should either resign or be prepared to spend time in jail waiting for a visit from Mike Huckaclown.

How is it "free will" if she is forcing her staff to comply with her belief? Free will is what you have for yourself...not what you force upon someone else.
