Isnt Walters fighting an injury too?

Lee seems to be not week to week but day to day, he looked good this week (since we were finally able to watch him play) but I doubt he'll survive healthy all season.

Greene kept dropping the ball anyways.

Every thing outside arob hurns is obsolete.. Hakeem nicks would walk in.. Be the number 2 or 3 wr.. Would add so much depth to the wr.. It would add that blackmon missing piece if you know wim..

So he can cash out and just be lazy? Hakeem Nicks use to be good before Victor Cruz got a contract extension. The Giants completely blew him off and didn't pay him his worth after those productive years. He hasn't been the same player since that season with the Giants. He's supposedly VERY lazy and doesn't go 100% in practice or games.

Agreed not really interested in him, but I do think a few Free Agents that would be good for only this season (1 year signing) that GM Dave Caldwell might want to consider is

Santana Moss (Redskins former Jets player) - small guy has a knack of getting open due to route running, decent hands, lost some speed as an aging veteran. Wes Welker (Patriots and then Denver WR)- (if Walters is cut or Greene to PS,) another 1 year contract risk good for short yardage, trusty hands in traffic.

What about Reggie Wayne (Former Colt) - he said playing in NE was too tough, but he should have it easy in Jax.

If we had JB14 man this offense would be very, very scary when Thomas came back. I really hate that Blackmon fella...

Lee is better than Nicks at this point. If you want to sign Nicks to be the #4 receiver you have better options. Nicks doesn't seem to care about playing up to his potential anymore. You have to determine if he still wants to play at a high level or not.

I think Nicks still has talent and can still be a Pro Bowl receiver, but he doesn't seem to act like he wants to.

The December WR depth chart is gonna be awesome!

We should sign Randy Moss and TO. Call up Jimmy Smith and see what kind of shape he is in. Skip Bayless will talk about us on First Take and the Jags will suddenly be a popular team on Madden.

You're allowed to have terrible ideas about other positions too.

If you sign a guy you have to cut a guy or put a guy on IR.   You do realize that, right?   There's a 53 man limit.

You know that wide receiver who was a high pick several years ago, blew out his knees and has been cut by two teams this year? We need to sign that guy.

All these guys you mention are done in the NFL - stick a butcher knife in them.
