yes they are 1-1 its nice, they have the pats this week, and they can't make the same mistakes they made against Miami, like green dropping all those balls. like I have said, I am cautiously optimistic, I don't want to get my hopes up to high and just be disappointed again as I have been for the last 5 years. I think if they win 7 to 8  games this year that will show real improvement over last year

To think that just by a simple post about a rather insignificant child's game played by grown men to entertain people has lead you to the brilliant conclusion that I am miserable borders on genius level intellect. Technically speaking, if they only win 5 games this season it's an improvement from last year. A 5 win season at this point however is... unacceptable from my point of view. The bare bottom minimum for Gus to retain my support is at least a paltry 6-10 season. Less than that and I'm on the fire Gus bus!

If on the other hand the miraculous occurs and we go 8-8 (or better) then I'd nominate Gus as a write in for the next US president!
