What is wrong with the clots?

Luck played like trash. Like holy hell.

This is talking football, or is it something else.

Dude, you're just being a baby cry right now...

There's no crying on NFL fan football boards!  LOL.  Seriously, I don't mind CW's input on this forum.  He/she seems to be alright.

It's a shame we have the pats next week and not them. Another 30 point drubbing would cause a full meltdown in Colts land.

I'm actually glad. We won't be the team they get right on. They are going to come out highly motivated against the Titans.

I don't mind Coltswarriors either.

Quote:I was really confused when they signed them. Did they really think those two washed up players would carry them to the super-bowl? This division is a cake-walk if the Jags can stay healthy and get momentum.

I was thinking the same, seemed like a typical too little too late clots move

But to be honest, gore looks like he has life left in him and so does AJ, I've always liked both of those guys

Assuming Jax loses, Colts beat the Titans, and Texans get first win against Bucs, every team in the division will be 1-2.

HUGE week 4 game at Indy!

Every interception, he was being hit or his arm was being hit.

I strongly believe his problems stem from poor offensive line play.  He is under constant pressure.

Nobody minds him...  He stirs the pot in the AFCS message board which is nice.  But the whining is lame, and needed to be called out.

Luck's luck is runnin' dry. He's thrown many balls to DBs, but now they're catching them for INTs

Though the Colts should get healthy for the most part at CB,   their issues on the Offensive Line could easily remain the rest of the season.

One positive for the Colts is the two rookie Stanford D-Lineman appear to have upgraded their run Defense.   That might not be saying much.  But considering that they had to keep 2 Safeties back much of the game against the Jets because of their CB situation,   the run Defense did better than what realistically could have been expected.

I'm still shocked at the way the Colts used their 1st Round pick resource in 2015.   Instead of another WR,   one that might be one dimensional on Offense,   they should have gotten more out of the pick.   Trading down would have made more sense than what they ended up doing.

Against the Jets,  Andrew Luck tried to do too much.   It proved costly for the Colts.

This Grigson guy is absolutely destroying that team. He's extremely fortunate that Luck fell into his hands, otherwise he wouldn't even be close to an NFL job.

While the Colts have made many highly questionable at best personnel moves ( and the horrific Trent Richardson trade ) since Ryan Grigson took over for HOFer Bill Polian,  I'm wondering how much some of these decisions were because of Jim Irsay's interference?    In viewing the Colts from a distance,  it seems like Irsay is much more involved in personnel decisions than was the case when Polian was the G.M.

I wonder if the Colts will be the next Chicago Bears

Bears were a good team for a long time. They go 10-6 in 2012 and fire Lovie. Colts will fire Pagano if they don't win the SB.

2013 Bears went 8-8

2014 Bears went 5-11

2015 Bears are currently 0-3

And it's not for lack of offensive talent.

Man how I would love a regression like that
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

...What?

That is an AWFUL comparison.

Bears seasons since 2007:

7-9

9-7

7-9

11-5

8-8

10-6

8-8

5-11

That doesn't qualify as "being a good team for a long time"

Even if they win this game, I'd be concerned if I were a clot fan.

The Colts had to play the AFC East (not the Dolphins or Patriots, but the other two teams that the Jaguars still have to play {week 7 & 9})

By far the Patriots are worse than the Bills, and the Dolphins are probably equal to the Jets one has a much better offense -dolphins and other has a much better D - Jets

The Jaguars lost to the 3-0 Panthers despite having more critical injuries to key players, so I guess one could say that the Jaguars should be expected to win this game (if it wasnt on the road)

but nobody is denying the importance of this game for both teams.

**********************************

The best news so far (though it is wrong to take pleasure in other's misforturne especially health), is that Andrew Luck was limited in practice (right shoulder injury).

---------------------------

Luck later echoed his coach's sentiment.

"I fully expect to play Sunday against Jacksonville."

--------------------------------------

Still there's a chance that Colts might not get Luck(y).  Or if he does play he might not be at a 100%.
