Should I start Hasselback as my QB?

Ok, I have Tom Brady. Been deflat'n other teams all season. But, he's on a BYE this week. In this league, all good QB's are taken. All of sudden, I realize there might be one QB available that has a good matchup against a weak secondary - our beloved Jags. He's old, but knows the Titans' system. Plus, he has receivers to throw to. If the Jags Defense destroys him, I would rather have that. I just don't have much confidence in that.
