what evidence are you looking for?  public berating, cutting players after a bad play?

You asked a question, I answered.

Quote:Missed kicks and stupid penalties. There's your two reasons this team is not 2-2. Gus didn't do either of them.
Well, he should have coached the kicker better and coached the penalty makers not to make penalties obviously.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:It's ignorant that you label peopel idiots because they have an opinion on an internet discussion board.  On top of that, most of these "idiots" bring plenty of facts and observations to back up their opinions.  If your opinion is that a coach who is 8-28 is acceptable or that you think he should be allowed to coach out the season then state as much.  However, it's naive and ignorant to label people as idiots because they have a different opinion than you.

If you'd like a place where there is no discussion and people have to read what you write without response then feel free to start such a place or apply for a job at jaguars.com.

Otherwise, how about bringing some respect to the discussions here.  Or feel free to not come here and complain at all.
I was responding to a post.  Idiots exist in every domain.  Not all idiots bring plenty of facts and observations to the table.  They simply bring their emotions.

Any indication whatsoever...but this is clearly going nowhere fast.  A couple of you are holding the line with no intentions of rationally seeing that Bradley is a failure as a HC (not saying he's a bad guy).

Good luck with that.

Of course.  That's what the pitchfork and torch crowd demands.  Someone's head must be delivered on a platter or they won't be happy.  Once that happens, they'll want another head, then another....

There's a population on this board who will never be happy.  That's their shtick.

How do you figure?  Because they're not running around like spoiled children demanding he be fired following every loss?  That's your barometer?  A bunch of drama queens?

How about we coach / scheme up an offense that can score more than 15 points a week.  Then it doesn't come down to relying on your rookie kicker to beat a team that had a rookie QB hang 33 on them last week?

We have that option too right?  I mean, the rules permit us to just keep scoring?

I'm not sure what you think I'm disagreeing with here.

Your comments are assuming that those calling for Bradley to be fired are overreacting.  When you look at facts and observe the Jags as we all do then I'd call it a rational conclusion.  He's got an 8-28 record and this season shows no promise more than any of the last 3.

If you're truly holding on and thinking he is going to turn this team around then you are in essence believing that Bradley will go down in the history books as one of the greatest coaches of all time (the goal after all is to win the Super Bowl).  This will include one of the worst starts to a head coaching career and greatest turn arounds of an NFL coach, ever.

I genuinely hope you don't believe that because that seems a lot more irrational than those calling for him to be fired now.

What are you expecting?  Public floggings?  You have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.

I actually dont care if he stay here or not.  I like what he has done with this defense considering all the injuries but I like most people are tired of watching bad offenses for the past 8 years.

I'm impressed by how emotionally charged you men are. Like really passionate. That's cool. But what were y'all expecting this year? Most everyone put this team at 7, 8 wins. That's what I see. We will more than likely win the next two games to get back to .500 goin into London. We will probably lose to the bills which will put is at 3-4 at the bye. That's on pace. So, I'm not really seeing the problem.

Furthermore, if Myers hits either of those field goals, this thread simply doesn't exist. Think about that.

I sure took your last comment to suggest this isn't a coaching issue.  If that isn't what you meant, then I apologize.  If it is, then I disagree.

If this team would be put into turmoil because Bradley being fired creates instability then I'm on board with waiting.  However, I don't believe it does.  His laissez-faire approach is not working.  The sooner the team knows that accountability matters the better.  They certainly can't play any worse without him than they have with him.

Maybe they think if every single person screams "fire Gus Bradley!"at the same time on a message board, they'll get their wish. Otherwise I don't see the point in freaking out over anyone else's opinion of the guy.

It is what it is, there's no help on the way, and there are no better options at the moment. What would you have them do? Is firing Gus and putting Marrone in there going to make any real difference?
