What are sideline bunker threads?

Oh, you know, someone puts up a bunker to talk about things without the excessive negativity that follows the main forum after a loss. I think it's been so long since we've won consistently that the Jags forum after a loss is now status quo instead of an annoying aberration. 2010 or 2011 may have been when I remember them from.
