Week 6 Games Of Interest

Quote:I'm not because I love watching their offense.

I'm not a fan of "gimmicky" offenses typically but they can't be stopped right now and I love it.

The best games to watch are shootouts like the TCU/TTU one a couple weeks ago. If I don't care who wins, that is the kind of game I want to watch.

Quote:Texas giving OU all they can handle. Sooners just got it back to within 1 TD. Halfway through the 4th quarter.

That flies in the face of reports a Longhorns player publicly claimed his teammates only care about the NFL draft. All of the expert predictions I read were in favor of Oklahoma.

Looks like the "experts" were wrong.....again. Super hard to predict how a rivalry game is going to go no matter what the records of the opposing teams happen to be.

You know it's bad when they stop showing replays of the injury.

Michigan's defense is absolutely ridiculous.

See ya later Oklahoma
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

I thought it was not diagnosed yet because ESPN only reported he suffered a knee injury. That really sucks for him and Georgia.

Coach Mac has once again got this Gator team properly motivated to play in another big game. With him at the helm this team is no longer going to be a pushover.

Northwestern's defense allowed 35 points, total, in it's first 5 games. Michigan won 38-0 today. Harbaugh has Michigan back.

Quote:Huh? I've made it a point to watch some of them, and they are definitely nowhere near MSU.
I am curious if you still feel that way now. Not because they blew Northwestern out, but because it's another game under the Harbaugh regime. This team is pretty good and will give MSU their toughest game yet. If I had to pick now, I'd go UM straight up.

Oregon in overtime at home against Washington State. How the mighty have fallen.

I didn't see that coming at all. I literally almost picked NW in my weekly picks but I still went with UM. I thought it'd be a way closer game.

I only picked UM because of Harbaugh at coach. He's godly at the college level.

Seriously, how in the hell did they fall so hard so fast? Mariota to Vernon Adams?

What a great Saturday of college football. Some close games for many ranked teams. Michigan posts a shutout against northwestern. Who was over rated more to begin the season, Georgia or Tennessee? LSU, BAMA and UF win easily. FSU squeaks by miami. Texas with the unbelievable upset. The Texas game was the most surprising to me.

What are you basing this one? Michigan St. just squeaked out wins against two terrible teams in Purdue and Rutgers. Michigan St.'s only solid win was against Oregon who has now been exposed as pretty bad themselves.

Michigan, meanwhile, has outscored it's opponents 160 to 14 over the last 5 games and two of those teams were ranked when they played Michigan (BYU and Northwestern).

Thinking Michigan St. is better than Michigan is one thing, but thinking Michigan is nowhere near MSU based on play this year? Explain your reasoning.
