The good news?

 

Lots of coaches may be interested in a job where they don't have to search out a franchise QB.  That's almost like easy-mode for a head coach search.

I think the defense would be nice for any HC too. Transitioning schemes would be simple as we have no players that fit the current one

Bortles has shown big improvements this year. His footwork is much better, he's not trying to force throws as much and is looking like a good QB.
