The boy is now 12, and his mother died last year.  


Sometimes, I just don't know.  It's ridiculous.  I thought "has to be a hoax" but nope.  I'm guessing the Aunt wants some of that life insurance money.

Aunt loses $127,000 suit against 8-year-old nephew who jumped into her arms
 

A woman who sued her 8-year-old nephew for $127,000 for jumping into her arms at a party, causing her to fall and break her wrist, will not be awarded any money, a Connecticut jury decided Tuesday, the New York Post reported.

Four years later and after the kids mother died? This woman better watch out...a house is fixing to fall on her and some little girl from Kansas is going to steal her red shoes!!!

It's sad this even went to court. I couldn't imagine being the attorney working on her behalf. Then again..... depending on the attorney they were probably looking for a payday, too. I just don't know how they thought they would win.
