Middle of the pack beats the last few years.

With Bortles/A Rob/Hurns - we've got a good young foundation. If Joeckel can be a halfway decent LT and Fowler can fully recover, we've got most of the key positions covered.

Still lots of holes, but a good coach could have us in contention in 2017.

Of course, Gus signed a 4 year progress and since the team has progressed so much, why would he not be here?

We started the first 2 seasons at 0-6, in the 3rd year we're 1-5. That's undisputed progress.

Gotta trust the process.
