Andrew Luck is highly overrated

Currently ranked 32nd in Passer rating...

Sorry, he hasn't won multiple rings yet. All he's done is take advantage of the sorriest division in sports

In regards to Yards (of course Luck missed games)

Luck is ranked 23rd to Blake's 7th ranking

Andrew Luck's backup over the hill Matt Hasselyourback has a 95 Rating (ranked 16th) Blake is 82.5 (ranked 36th) & Luck is 76.2 (ranked 44th)

============================

You would think they wouldve kept Luck on the bench to heal longer..

Luck is not "overrated"

Luck was easily a top 5 QB last year. You guys can deny all you want but the tape & stats tell a different story.

Now, obviously Luck hasn't been good this year, at all. He's struggling right now, but overrated he is not. NO ONE is hyping him up right now to be overrated.

Half the analysts expected the Colts to be in the Super Bowl

That is what I would classify as hype.

What does Luck have over Bortles? Seems they have similar accuracy (hot and cold) and slightly reckless. But Bortles has better pocket presence and mobility. Also bortles is improving whilst luck has been the finished product for a while. Swap Qbs this year and we may be winless and Colts may have another win or so...

Has absolutely crushed his awful awful division with only 2 losses I think? Rest of the league he is at .500 right?

This year he hasn't won a single game outside of the division yet.

Quote:Andrew Luck has a passer rating of 19 during the first half today. He has more interceptions than touchdowns this year. Let's not put a quarterback in the Hall of Fame until he has shown consistency and excellence for at least 4-5 years. If the Jags can find a new coach who knows what he's doing, the Colts are definitely beatable in the near future.
If the Colts find a new coach and GM Luck will be a top 10 QB again. The guy is overrated. But he is also good. This is a down year cause of the nonsense team he has around him, not cause of him

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

I meant over his career. I think he is like 18-2 against the AFC South and like 18-18 for the rest of the league. I may be off on those though.

He is a good quarterback. But he is not the elite guy that many experts predicted when he was drafted. He was hyped as sort of the Lebron James of the NFL prospect. That has not been the reality and probably never will be.

Why, they were in the AFC title game last year. It's reasonable to expect them to perform that well again.

Can we all at least agree that he isn't worthy of Ameritrade commercials where he is handing out his facial hair as luck?

Whomever their marketing person is, should be canned.

Especially when those commercials are running at halftime of a game in which he has a 0 passer rating.

Irsay and Grigson having heated argument in locker room after loss. Finally realizing they should've kept Peyton and taken the ransom. Colts are staring at an organizational rebuild right in the face

Why in the world do you have an argument in the middle of the Locker Room?! Well, besides the fact that your owner may very well be emotionally unstable that is. I mean, disappointments and disagreements happen all the time in organizations, but you don't rip into someone in front of the whole team! Take that stuff behind closed doors.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
