Look at the division records.  Gu has Jags winless in own division. Jeff fisher has rams 3-0 vs own division. you win your division you make the playoffs. you win your division by beating everyone in your division. the rams have done that. they beat 49ers,cardnails,and seahawks. Jags have lost to everyone they played in own division while colts have won 3.

Then why do you want Fisher? Here's the breakdown of his seasons while at St. Louis:

If anything, his teams are getting worse, not better. They lost to Michael freakin' Vick for crying out loud!
