Pep Hamilton out in Indy

Rod Chudzinski in at OC. I feel like this doesn't bode well for us, as Pep was terrible and Chud is a pretty good OC.
10 years ago we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash, and Steve Jobs..... Please don't die, Kevin Bacon.

Chuck Pagano said he wants to do what is best for the team. Did he forget about the stupid fake punt?

Pogano is doing what's best for himself, same as Jim Caldwell. They're both throwing deck chairs off the Titanic though, as they will both more than likely be looking for employment after the season. Chud could be setting himself up for a shot at HC for the Colts next season

LOL Chud was a failed HC at Cleveland. How long did he last there, two years?

Pathetic. It was not like us where "one and done" was the result of a GM change. The Browns will be bad forever if they can't keep their coaches.

I don't remember a year where so many coaches and assistant coaches are getting canned midseason.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

LOL One year both the Browns and Dolphins fired their coaches midseason - then played against each other with the interims.

There have been reports more firings are coming up from Detroit.

I wouldn't call him a failed HC. Cleveland is just a mess. They also fired their GM, Lombardi after 1 season. It was the worst handling of personnel decisions I think I've ever seen. I think Chud could be a decent HC, I don't think you could even really count his one year in Cleveland.

So I guess you should not count Mularkey's one year in Jacksonville.

Mularkey had a long list of failures before his tenure in Jacksonville. He wasn't exactly lighting it up as the OC in Atlanta with Matt Ryan, a younger Roddy White, and Michael Turner. Chud, on the other hand, did a great job with a rookie QB who struggled reading defenses. He showed he could tailor an offense to a player's strengths

Cam Newton? His previous job was at Carolina.

That would be the rookie QB who struggled reading defenses that I was referring to.
