It just looks like his confidence is not what it used to be, just baffling as to why, escpecially since he made it to the AFCCG last year.

I sure wouldn't bet that he's not leaving college for the NFL again.

 

Some NFL team will probably make him a pretty good offer sometime down the road, especially if he has success at Michigan and after seeing what has happened to the Niners after he left.

 

The guy can coach, he's very intense and he wants to win. He just has a tendency to wear out his welcome after a while.

It's not always about money.  Michigan is Harbaugh's alma mater. He'll be given more freedom there than he would in an NFL city with a GM.
