JT is a luxury we aren't getting any enjoyment from, I was watching over the locker room video from London and he just didn't seem interested. The guy needs a rocket up his butt.

You just think Gus isn't a disciplinarian, but you don't understand how hard and steely eyed he is when it's just him and the players. In fact a few weeks ago I actually saw him only give a guy half the extra sprinkles he normally would. It was pretty tough.
