We need to root for the Bills and Steelers this week. I will be watching all three night games.
Have you all lost interest in these weekly threads? Do you want me to stop writing them? If nobody cares anymore I will stop posting.
I like them. Sometimes, people may not show much interest until later in the week maybe. Idk, but that'd be my guess.
Anyway: If the Jags can get by the Titans this week (I think that one could go either way, but the Jags REALLY need this win), they will set up a very big game against the Colts next week. The Colts are still only 2 games ahead of Jax. If Jags win (5-7) and Pitt beats Colts (6-6), the Jags have a golden opportunity to get back in this thing. Jags really need to win the next 2 games bad. That's what stings about the Chargers loss. The Jags could've had a real opportunity to stay only 1 game behind Indy and Houston, while both those teams had difficult matchups coming up. Chiefs @ Raiders: BIG GAME for both of those teams regarding playoff implications. Seahawks @ Vikings: Same scenario, BIG GAME for both teas regatding playoff implications. Vikings also need the win badly to stay in the NFCN title race. Actually, there are alot of good games that have great importance for playoff implications this week. It's a good week for the NFL. Jets/Giants Falcons/Bucs Texans/Bills Colts/Steelers Those are big time playoff type games too.

Green Bay's win was unbelievable. The Packers looked as good as gone in the first quarter. The Hail Mary play never should have happened. It is being called Motor City Miracle.
Like all Jaguars fans, I hope you are right about the Bills and Steelers. Big Ben says he is OK after suffering a concussion against the Seahawks. |
