Del Rio is a good coach.  Here in Jacksonville the front office let him down.  He was a lot more inexperienced while here so the Raiders are benefiting from the miscues in Jacksonville.

They have improved, as have we. I think the biggest difference is that their top 5 pick from this year is playing like a pro bowler as a rookie and ours is injured. I honestly believe that if Fowler were playing and Cooper had a season ending injury in camp, that we would be 5-2 or better, and they would be 2-4 or worse.
