TJ Yeldon has an MCL sprain.

Quote:Why risk further injury to our rising star RB for the remainder of a dead end season? We're one game behind. Granted, we need some help to get into the playoffs, but until we're officially eliminated, calling it a dead end season isn't true at all. We show less advertisements to registered users. It's the longest of long shots.....and I'm an optimist by nature. Maybe we can play the role of spoiler and gain experience for players that need some time. We're not in the first spots of the draft picks either......it feels pretty good actually. Defintely looking better for next year though.....waaaaay better.

Quote:Beg to differ.....we're pretty much done, We only have one more division game. You can't disagree with the fact that we are still mathematically in the hunt. Realistically, it can't be expected, but there is no reason to put a valuable starter on IR if there is any chance of getting to the playoffs. It is not a dead end season until we are mathematically eliminated. That may not happen until Week 17.
Quote:Well.... they haven't officially been eliminated from a playoff berth. It's an extreme longshot - but if the miracle happens and they need him week 16 - and he's able to play.... Okaay, but if anything happens to him don't say I didn't tell ya (shaking my finger at you while assuming a scornful expression). We show less advertisements to registered users. Nowhere does it indicate that we are ignoring doctor's orders and rushing him back.
We sure don't need anymore first round pick major knee injuries.

Time for my boy DROB to step up.No jabs about how much he sucks and how bad Caldwell sucks for not foreseeing this and drafting him? No assignment of blame on Bradley and the training staff for allowing this to happen? You're losing your game man. You don't want to get yourself kicked out of the troll club.
What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
TJ or no...this is kind of fun. One of the better calculators I found. Things really hinge on us winning out.
All the rest you can tinker with it. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2015/...team=jax#&

The Jags had a miracle happen in the 96 season so it's possible. Indy has 2 hurt QB's while Houston is bipolar.
The Jags have to take care of business first before we worry about a miracle. What jags team will show up is the question. ![]()

yes wthe team has slim chance of getting into playoffs. We ned to beat Falcons this week, and worry about that. As for the injury to yeldon i say keep him out rest of this year. Because if your not careful a MCL sprian can turn into a worse injry like a break of the MCL. I say let him get healthier before playing him again.
snowwolf titans owner in madden. note titans owner means im undeafted againest them. Quote: yes wthe team has slim chance of getting into playoffs. Because if your not careful a MCL sprian can turn into a worse injry like a break of the MCL. I say let him get healthier before playing him again. This makes sense. If there's a significant chance of further injury, it's best to let him sit. Gus talks about him being a quick healer, and a MCL is typically a two-to-three week injury, so it's reasonable to think he sits the Falcons game and plays the Saints. I'm fine with that provided it's healed to the point that you an say he's not risking further injury. To play him this week doesn't make a whole lot sense. I also agree about their chances being as slim as ever. Granted there's a very realistic chance the Jaguars win out, but remember the help we need involves relying on the tacks. It's not like we're banking on the Panthers winning their games... It's the tacks. Knowing this seriously slices down their chances.

Quote:Good insight, as usual. OK, here's some insight. I love it when some message board bonehead (especially one that doesn't even know the difference between should've and 'should of') says 'they tell it like it is' when all they're doing is spouting off some opinion that is more often than not, wrong. How's that for some insight, Jocko? ![]() |
