Gus Bradley Back in 2016

Quote:ok winnig is your criteria. ok

was it gus who threw the pick six that cost us the Panther game? thats 1 win taken away by a players mistake

was it gus who missed 2 fieldgoals to beat the clots ? thats 1 more win taken away by players mistakes

was it gus who hiked the ball 6 ft over bortels head that cost us the game against the jest? 1 more win taken away by player mistakes

so 3 player mistakes cost us 3 wins lets look at what our record would be

we would be lets see ummm

8-7 going into the last game of the season with the division lead and at worst finishing 8-8

so would that be winning enough for your highness to keep gus around i mean it was only 3 mistakes by players gus had no control over ???? i know looking back is dumb but i was just curious would you still be calling for his head if this happend ??

Hmm never mind guys I think this is the guy on the radio right now.

Quote:Any coach that's in the playoffs would get this team 10+ wins. They are undisciplined, inconsistent, and make too many mental errors. Hell, half of our offensive drives get stalled because of a holding call or stupid penalties. Good coaches find ways to get the most out of their players, even if they're only average. Just look at the Panthers, they don't have an amazing roster but they don't make mistakes.

Bingo. If Marvin Lewis was our head coach, we would of clinched the division by now.

Quote:Honestly, the people who support Gus can't be reasoned with. The blind support is baffling. I don't get it.

I've been saying this for how long?

Yay, perhaps we'll improve to 8-8 next season.

I will bet my head and all things dear to me, a Gus Bradley led Jags will never ever ever win the AFC South...
Success is a journey, not a destination.  Go all out Mighty Jaguars.

On a positive note, if Jason Myers  scores at least 5 points he will move into the top 5 of all time Jaguars single season scoring.  He is already in the top 10.

What do you want to know dude? No Gus does not deserve credit. He deserves to be fired. 12-35 that's all you gotta know.

That's a pretty safe bet based on history.

Quote:You don't think that overall this team under-achieved this season? From a win-loss standpoint?

With the schedule playing out like it did this team should have won more than 5 games.

Football is a game of match ups. Anytime we went against a good qb, we get demolished because we can't affect the passer. It's really been that simple all year long. That's why we lost to the Falcons, Saints and Chargers despite them not having good records.

What if. Coulda woulda shoulda. What's the record in year three to date? Fact is PCGB is a dud. 12-35.

But to answer your question about what would I think if we were 8-7? Well I guess we'll never know huh...

Caldwell has to hit homeruns on the defense to make up for the lack of coaching...

And we still look like we need a center... I think we can replace beadles with Cann, but I've lost confidence in our center.

Next year the afc south won't implode like it did this year either.

We maybe win 7 games next year with Bradley at head coach. Maybe?

But I think with a better coach with a better defensive scheme, we're a playoff team next year.

Oh well, 7 wins would be nice, I guess.
