To be honest whether he stays or goes to me doesn't matter. I think it could be detrimental to bring in a new regime and possibly undo the progress (offensively) that's been made. At the same time, losing sucks and I'd like to win again. A coach could be the answer. Not sure.


As far as this game goes, we're not even competitive right now. Have we sucked all year? Yep. Rarely to this extent. Nothing is going right. Players look unmotivated. That happens when you're not playing for anything. Hopefully some of them realize their jobs are on the line.

They will do well with anyone.

There are many players that didn't play well until after leaving the jags. Yes I think coaching plays a big part in player devolpment. Right now, the offensive coaching scheme is working. Why wreck that by bringing in a new coach? Fix the weak areas and focus on what needs to be improved.
