LSU screwed this one up early with two TOs. Mettenburger is not so good after all. Somewhere Les Miles thinking "Man, I could have had Teddy bear."

Lol...maybe we should all stop overreacting to a couple of good passes from EVERY qbs and think he could be top 10 in the NFL someday. LOL.

I do believe Mettenberger as serious potential as an NFL prospect but if they had bridgewater they would be tied

If both are on the board, I would pick Aaron Murray due to his grasp of the game and intelligence.

Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency. 


1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.  

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Torn ACL. I think it'll affect his draft stock less than Murray's, but that's still a bummer.

Yup...He went from potential 2nd-3rd round to maybe 4th-5 round at best.  Same with Murray.

I actually think it impacts his more. Murray was probably a 3rd-4th round guy. And now what is he? 5th-6th? Not a huge drop financially.

 

Mettenberger was being looked at as a potential first rounder, maybe top 10. Now, he could easily drop to the 3rd or 4th. He could lose millions.
