Seriously, I'm laughing out loud right now... I don't see us getting anywhere near the play-offs next year.  Maybe 7 wins?

 

When you think about the number of games that were pure gifts this year, I'm not sure it will matter if we grade out A+ on the off season.  Something just isn't right.  When you look at teams that have similar records to us this year, how many of them look like us?

 

I think our skill positions on offense are the bright spot but the rest of the roster needs so so so so so so much work.  This is looking like a year 5 deal now.  This year is going to be tough with a lame duck coach.

Like I said in some other thread: We'll be 7-9 and miss out on the 'Offs again, and Khan will re-sign both Gus and Dave proclaiming that 2017 is *the* year because all the pieces are in place. Then in 2017, the bottom will fall out (even more than it is now)

2-14. We went 5-11 with the easiest schedule I've ever seen. Look at our opponents next year.

 

Broncos, Raiders, Vikings, Packers, Chiefs, a better Ravens team, Bills with a healthy Tyrod Taylor. I'd even have the Bears and Lions games as potential losses too.

 

We'll beat Tennessee once and one other game no one expected us to win.

I am going with those that say 4-5 wins. I doubt this coaching staff can win more than that even with more talent.

6-10. Gus doesnt have what it takes to game plan, hold personnel accountable. And make proper game time decisions. Like leaving watt 1v1 on sam young...ridiculous.

I think they win 8 even with Gus. However, I think that they will blow opportunities to win 3 or 4 other games because of poor prep or coaching decisions.


Gus will leave following the season and hopefully the patience Khan showed will attract a higher quality coach.
