A certain amount of tickets are allocated to the visiting team student body, school, etc and if they don't sell those tickets they go on the market for anybody to buy They can go unsold, and if the team is not a good draw the chances of those tickets getting sold are 50/50.



Let's also remember those tickets may have already been purchased, but the people may have been no shows.


It would be ludicrous to rely on another team, or make excuses about stadium attendance. There was no shows last week against Idaho, and Syracuse those teams are not big draws.

That percentage is tiny. Look at Florida Field. There is a tiny section of about 2,000 just above the visitors locker room/tunnel. It's like that at every school.

I love how when the gators suck fans start going to the academic card.  You have the National Title card and Heisman card.  But we could tie you in both of those this year.  What will be left?  

 

FSU has great football team, good basketball team, very good baseball team, dominant track team.  I don't know if florida is better over-all.  I think they are pretty comparable.

I think there was 20,000 or more FSU fans at the game.  Tons of empty spots too.  Pretty sad you guys can't even pack a rivalry game.

FSU offered reduced price Orange Bowl tickets last year and still didn't sell them. Look at the stadium 4 and 5 seasons back. Couldn't give tickets away.
