I've been tentatively looking into buying an apartment near where I rent at the moment and a place I thought would be great just put up a For Sale sign literally four doors down from me. Then I saw the pictures and the place looks like a dump, not a modern dump though. It looks like it was a dump in 1976 and they simply left it like that until putting it up for sale now.

 

I guess the search continues.

Not for the amount of work it needs. It doesn't even have central heating, nor does it have a shower (tub only). However, it is in a part of the city that's gentrifying rapidly which means there's an idiot somewhere that's going to pay the asking price for it because it's the "hip" area to live in.

So I'm flipping back to the PGA tour in Kapalua during commercial breaks in the game and I watch Bubba Watson on the tee with 357 yards to the green. He swings his pink driver and rolls the ball about 8 feet past the hole. It's like the Powerball purse; if I could only have a little of that.

Has anyone else seen this video on YouTube with BB5 showing some lady around his home?


She seemed as though she was turning the conversation around to be about sex at any given point.

 

It was pretty cringeworthy!
