Lets talk Quarterbacks

Because clearly, we're in the market for one.

But no, are there any quarterback prospects you guys find interesting? Watching Deshaun Watson in the championship game reminded me just how special a mobile quarterback can be. Sometimes their legs can make a bigger difference in the game than their arm, especially during a 2 minute drill. We know that all too well from watching Bortles do it to keep crucial drives alive.

Outside of Goff and Lynch, who are some guys you think have a shot at making noise in the combine and pushing themselves forward on Draft Day?

For what it's worth, I love the idea of Jacksonville picking up a quarterback in the 6th or 7th round. I don't like the big shots Bortles takes in the pocket against Houston and the Texans pass rush is eventually going to smear his brains on the field at this rate, so having a young, potentially reliable guy behind him makes me sleep easy.

THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.

RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

I'd take a look at Cook if he were there in say the 4th or so

Carson Wentz is my sleeper. Kid is tough as nails and shows some good mechanics here and there.

I also like Kevin Hogan for a late round pick. Flat out winner, but has a lot of work to do.

Wentz may be the 1st QB Selected. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...qb-drafted

I still think this draft we shouldnt go QB and go with a vet backup next year, now 2017 def draft a QB as the backup, Blake will be fully established then

Why would anybody think we need to draft a QB?

I kind of wish Dak Prescott wasn't building momentum as of late. I liked him as a 4th-5th rounder but it's looking likely that he has climbed into the higher part of the 3rd or maybe even low 2nd.

Yeah he's pretty underrated as well.

I'm not really a fan of Goff or Lynch.

Lynch looked terrible in the bowl game. Obviously can't judge a prospect off of one game, but that performance was alarming!

Been watching Brandon Doughty from Western Kentucky. He has a big arm and can really sling it. I'd love to take a shot later in the draft and let him develop in our system. My guess is he'll be gone much earlier when he gets to combines.
