A few years ago I went the Jags/Fins game, the week before the Cocktail party. They already had the extra seats in there but just weren't using them. So the Jags could play the week before or after the college games but just not use the extra seats. The only dates they can't use the stadium is the week of the ND game and the week of the FL/GA game since all the hotel rooms in town are booked up.
