I think Dave probably did and it went something like this: "Wait, you want even more money than last time despite having a major injury, coming off only an average season, and being over 30 now? Thanks, but we'll let someone else pay up that."

I don't hate that we're backing off Mack. They obviously don't see his value being worth the price tag. However, I do think we need another vet there. Even though Cann or Linder could play the position, I think we need some true experience there. That's why I didn't mind going after Mack. But they must not value him as high anymore.

Most likely how it went. I have been on the Cann to center, sign a veteran LG train dor a while now. To mw its cost effective, you still hvae an overall age of like 26 on the o-line and they can grow together for like the next 6-7 years in front of Blake.

I've heard it's Linder moving to centre.

Either one. To me linder looks dominant at his position currently. I would lock him in at guard and move Cann but it doesnt matter to me. Move either one and sign a guard. Thats the best move to make in my opinion.
