<p style="font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;color:rgb(51,51,51);">Sanders got the Jaguars going on the game-winning drive that ended with Cecil Shorts’ 20-yard touchdown with 40 seconds left. On second-and-10, Henne found Sanders on a wheel route to the sideline for a 25-yard gain. The pass gave the Jaguars a first down at midfield.

Also interesting to note;  Sanders caught every pass that came his way save one.  That one was batted down by Joe Haden before Ace could get a hand on it.  

 

Of his 11 targets he had 8 receptions.  The other two non-catches were blatant throw-aways by Henne.   Ace played a heck of a game.

Call me crazy, but I think there's a real chance that he can be better than Wes Welker. He's more shifty,  faster, and has better hands. As he gains more experience, and works on route running, watch out!

Honestly if this was his second year I'd say he was right on schedule for a high 4th rounder.  If he improves even more thats great.

looks like Dave found a good one.He's been better than i expected him to be this year..excited to see where he can go.

I think Ace has made great progress over the course of the season so far. I think he finally just start playing the game instead of thinking and the results show on the field. He really came on strong the second half of his last season at South Carolina and I am starting to see the same type of plays from him again. There is no doubt he can be a nice weapon for us if they continue to use him properly.

Welker was undrafted... but nevertheless, that doesn't really matter.

 

There isn't anything Welker does or has physically, that Ace can't do. I've seen Ace go up and pluck balls out of the air, fighting DB's for the catch, while taking a hit-- something that you don't see Welker ever do. Now can Ace grasp the game of football mentally, like Welker has? We will see.
