Hell yeah. Please get it done.

 

I'm happy with our haul. We have too many holes to not pick up another solid piece or two though. Grab a FS and/or CB, an OK edge rusher, and a solid interior guard/center and I'll feel great.

 

I think that Vernon is probably off to NYG. Gotta be ok with it. I like Vernon and loved the fit, but there's no doubt he's a big risk. For us that shouldn't matter, but he isn't some sure 10+ sack guy.

We didnt get mario, JPP, and it's possible we now dont get vernon.  Obviously it isn't official yet, but, I can't call this free agency a win if we dont get a double digit sack guy.
 

Its definitely going to be tough relying on Fowler at LEO since we have no one else there.

My lord. Vernon had 7.5 sacks last year with Suh and Wake beside him. I don't think he's a "proven sack" guy.

 

Malik had 5 sacks as an interior rusher. That's more impressive than a 7.5 sack end in a 4-3 that's job is to get sacks.

They can't, but teams/players have been coming to agreements since Noon yesterday.  Basically, just waiting for 4:01pm to apply the signature.
