They have spent money, but have NOT spent wisely for most of that time-frame.

 

Dave has started to turn that around since he got here.

 

It's not easy being a team like the Jaguars during the Free Agency period.

 

Dave has been trying to turn that around too.

I live in NY and all my Giant fan friends don't see him leaving Florida to come here. So idk why a lot of you here seem to be conceding that he's going to NY.
