The Jaguars are hosting CB Prince Amukamara for a free agent visit.


The Jags play a ton of Cover 3, and Amukamara is primarily viewed as a zone corner by NFL personnel types. He would be a big upgrade across from Davon House. Amukamara's market has been surprisingly quiet to this point, but he is the top cornerback left in free agency. His market may have been limited by injuries. Amukamara has missed 13 games over the last two seasons.

Hard to tell. When they asked him how he felt about missing Vernon and having to go after 2nd wave guys his immediate response was "there's always trades" and then mentioned FAs, roster cuts, and the draft.


Just didn't sound like his normal speech, kind of hinted at going after a trade to me. He never mentioned trades before that I'm aware of.
