Hypothetical Scenario: Would you be willing to trade Blake Bortles to the Patriots in order to get Tom Brady?

Giselle -> meet Tom Brady

Dude didn't look so how without the 4 rings now did he.

He actually reminds me of myself prior to becoming a Hall of Fame Member on the Jaguar Message Board.  Once I got that title, everything changed for me as well.

Whaaaa..... No, I personally wouldnt do this trade.

#63

New poll: Yes or No............Have you stopped beating your wife?

I could envision perhaps one, two possible scenarios in which I would even consider this trade.

1.  I was convinced with overwhelming evidence the world would end the day after this season if the Jaguars did not win the Super Bowl, and it was the last possible opportunity for the Jaguars to win it all.  I would consider trading Bortles for Brady.

2.  Under extreme duress (i.e. loaded gun to head after being shot in leg/tortured).

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

How fortunate can we all be.

Two "DARWIN" winning polls in 48hrs.

Brady's done.  Bortles is just getting started.

I won't go THAT far, but the end can't be far away.

I'm looking forward to the demise of that NE smugness. But they do have a righteous dynasty to hang their hat on.

There are a lot of silly hypothetical scenarios, but this takes the icing on the cake.

1. Tom Brady is old

2. Tom Brady would retire before he is traded

3. Tom Brady has 4 Super Bowl Rings, he has no reason to play for another team

Jaguars would never risk trading away their young franchise QB

1. Bortles is young

2. Bortles is a franchise QB

3. 1 playoff run with Brady is not worth risking the farm for the future

4. Nothing is guaranteed in the NFL. If we hypothetically were putting a statistic on the Jags chances of making the playoffs with Brady, It would be a fairly high number, however, a Super Bowl, a AFC Championship or a playoff win is not guaranteed. The risk is much much worse than the reward and there is nothing the Jaguars gain.

I suggest you not play Madden as

1. Its a terrible game

2. It is not realistic at all

3. In madden, anybody can make trades

4. In reality, Madden does not happen in the NFL

Hell no. I believe that Brady is a system QB and would fail considerably if Bellicheat isn't his HC.

If you think I offended you, don't worry, I meant to. #facts

Over a 100 votes for no and 7 votes for yes. It seems the fans aren't that delusional.

What does Tom Brady have one more year left in the NFL two at best?

Seriously people...

#75

Brady will play a few more years according to him. He is very healthy and has kept his body in great shape. I also think he will win  one more superbowl or be in one more superbowl. Bortles? IDK about Bortles right now but as he develops we could also win some superbowls. If this was 2 years ago I would have done the trade but right now Brady could play a few years doesn't mean he will, I think he ultimately plays 3 and retires. Bortles will play for another 16-17 years, hopefully healthy and on the Jags.

Patriots making a lot of moves in hopes of going to the Super Bowl & if they do & win I think Brady retires.

I enjoy Madden games and disagree with you.  They are the best football games in the market, do you know of a better one?

I don't play the franchise mode, but enjoy Ultimate (fantasy- card game) mode.

They're the only football game in the market.

Legally they are the only ones allowed to be.
