That is pretty much what PFF had said in this article... i dont know so many great guys around 5 of them that might be there at pick 5 that are hard to chose from..

I think GM Dave Caldwell would take Jalen Ramsey over Jack if they were both there because of his comments about how hard it is to find a ball hawk FS in this league that fits their defensive scheme (Despite having signed Gibson), because they can put Ramsey at corner.. plus he met with Ramsey before jack by 3 days...

Dave found his ballhawk, his name is Gipson. Also don't know how many times this has to be said to you. Ramsey is good at many things, but being a ballhawk isn't one of them.
