Quote:I'd say Artie is a safe bet since he went a couple hours ago. LOL More than a couple hours ago, in fact.
Quote:They only do it in Round 2 unless a team does not have a second round pick. That is what I remember. That is incorrect. Rounds 2 and 3. Taylor and Mojo
Quote:That is incorrect. Rounds 2 and 3. Taylor and Mojo They must have changed it then because that was not always the case. BTW did anyone else see MJD interview Jalen Ramsey?

As long as we can avoid the A'shawn, Dodd, and Ogbah landmines I don't see how it won't be a quality pick.I think Dodd or Ogbah could be legit possibilities. We really need pass rushers, and although both are risky, I agree with you, wouldn't surprise me if we like them a good bit.

Quote:That is incorrect. Rounds 2 and 3. Taylor and Mojo You are indeed correct. https://nflcommunications.com/Pages/Spec...icks-.aspx We show less advertisements to registered users. They can be very helpful guide in terms of trying to figure out the options for each of the teams that have picks in the rounds.
Hey D6, how did you like getting an Ohio State player? I hope Taylor Decker has a great career except against the Packers.
Quote:Hey D6, how did you like getting an Ohio State player? I hope Taylor Decker has a great career except against the Packers. I understand and respect the pick but I would have preferred one of the Clemson DEs based on who was available. My guess is Lions G.M. BoB Quinn took Taylor Decker instead of a Defensive Lineman with pick # 16 is because of concern of limited or no viable Offensive Tackle options with pick # 46. After seeing Germain Ifedi taken by the Seahawks at the end of Round 1 ( I thought he had a realistic shot at lasting to pick # 46 ), if LeRaven Clark is taken before # 46, it will make Quinn's decision look even better. Ultimately, what the Lions end up getting with the pick # 46 draft resource will at least from my perspective go along way in determining on paper whether Quinn made the right call with Decker. Like many have mentioned in this thread, there are some good options in Round 2. How long they will last and whether they would be good options for the respective team in question remains to be seen.

I think Spence will be the pick if he's there. I don't think he'll be there, but I said that about Jacksonville Jalen too (wooot). Whoever it is, I fully expect a front seven defensive player. Don't care if it's a Dlineman for the rotation or a stud LB. Dave is on his way to proving his theory about the defense being way easier to fix than the offense
Yall tripping with this Ragland stuff. The dude is an old time LB. We got that in Poz.
Quote:Lil mock Round 2:I could see this happening, except the 49ers traded that pick to KC. I think Cleveland,Dallas, Baltimore and KC are legit threats to take the pass rushers. I could also see Cleveland going DT as a 3-4 DE to pair with NT Shelton, I could also see Tennessee taking a DT to stock their defense. Though I hate Indiana players, I could easily see Spriggs to SD. Baltimore could go any number of directions, including Derrick Henry, an edge rusher to replace Suggs, Fuller or Alexander at CB. With Houston being out for most of the year with the ACL, Tamba Hali old, and Dee Ford apparently ineffective, I could see them go edge rusher, too. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

I hope we don't take a pass rusher just for the sake of taking a pass rusher. Ogbah isn't very good and Dodd is risky (one year wonder). My #1 guy is Spence.
