Ramsey can be our strong safety when is not lined up at cornerback. We need Jack to be a linebacker on every down.

 

I would love to see Jack move to Will if/when Smith gets hurt, but of course hope it is never necessary.

Since Jack can Play both linebacker and defensive back, I think they need to invent a new position for him. Maybe call it the Jack. It's a combination linebacker and defensive back that changes his assignment based on how the offense lines up.
