Well that could apply to a lot of guys, not just those under 6'2".  I would argue that if you played college ball and there's tape to evaluate then you got a chance.  You might end up being right about Allen, but you can't escape the fact that his height and hand size are detriments.

I'm willing to give Baker Mayfield a look in the first Rd next year and Chad Kelly both listed in many sites at under 6'2. You can go ahead and have Brad Kaaya.

 

Again, I never said that 6'2" and up automatically means you can play at the NFL level.  I can say with a high degree of confidence, however, that if either of those guys are truly 6'1" or shorter that they won't get drafted in the 1st round by anyone except maybe the Browns.  In fairness to the Browns this isn't the same regime that took Johnny Boozeball, but they appear to have a meddling owner in Haslem so I'll assume they'll continue to make mistakes until they demonstrate otherwise.

 

Anyway, I hope you end up being right I just don't think you are going to be.  I'm pretty much done with the topic.
