It's a minor fracture to the hand.  Time for you to strap on a new pair of Depends.

Another injury that should have the guy back by training camp, right?

He's still doing individual drills, so technically he's not even really out.

True. He's a powerful guy, so missing the weightlifting won't effect him.

Exactly.  Non-displaced fractures take 4-6 weeks to fully heal.  Again, a non-issue to anyone but Chicken Little.

Of course its a issue you moron. Its not a coincidence that our players are getting injured left and right. A non issue would be no injury at all.

Honestly, you have to be one of the most ignorant human beings to ever stumble across the interwebs.  You're nothing but a troll hoping to get reactions to your posts because that's where you derive value in your life.

Injuries are going to happen.  On a scale of 1-10, this injury registers around zero.  He's not missing time, and it's a minor injury, but for you, it's self soiling worthy.  Your schtick is growing old.

No schtick here, just you downplaying everything like usual. Like i said a non issue would be no injury at all. This team cant afford anyone missing time especially rookies. But continue to bash anyone that says anything that you dont like about the team. But we can discuss this when the Jags play the Raiders. Ill let you know where im sitting.

I'm curious what exactly Bklyn thinks we need to do differently to prevent injuries?

You can't prevent a meniscus tear unless you just don't move.

A broken hand for a Tackle happens a lot, and again, how do you want to prevent that?

Tell me, what exactly the Jags are doing that other teams are not that is leading to these injuries? Nothing, it's bad luck. And honestly, as far as severity goes, these are pretty minor. I'd be ok with 30 minor injuries now if it keeps us from having any major ones.

Question for those who believe the injuries are no big deal:  in the future, if there is a vet who is holding out for a new deal, and he misses these same workouts, OTAs, etc., we won't hear a peep out of you until the player in question misses training camp...right?

Because despite the importance coaches have traditionally put on these workouts, the mindset exhibited in these comments suggest it's no big deal for these guys to miss this time.

While I agree the injury news is a lot better than the worst case scenario might suggest, I do not agree that the missed time posed by the injuries, even if not in training camp, are of no import at all.

In Ramsey's (and Jack too, though Jack is not injured) case, while he will return in time for training camp, he will miss a few workouts where coverages may be installed, and he would have the chance to have reps and ask questions to cement his understanding of the scheme prior to camp.  I guess in my mind, the more questions he gets answered now, the less he will have when everything counts.  The sooner he understands the scheme, the fewer mistakes he will make, and the more aggressive and reactive and less hesitant he will be.

In Parnell's (and Bowanko's) case, while they are vets who know the blocking schemes, I would think they could benefit by taking more reps together, considering the OL as a whole is in flux.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
