Not sure, but Prisco wrote an article last week for his Monday morning musings that said "break up the Jags", so likely this was referring to that. More of Prisco being sarcastic.

A joking way of saying the jags are too good for other teams. So, they need to be split up to even the playing field. Thats how I interpret it at least.
