Its like youre dogs and a ball just flew by your head that you had to go chase. It's illegal for a cop to pull you over for the finger. Just don't be surprised if he gets behind you and waits until you violate a traffic law.

So if there is a situation where police have guns drawn in the area that you are in, is your first instinct going to be to take out your cell phone and record video? Personally if it was me I would be getting the heck out of the area.

Imagine that.  What a novel idea that someone breaking the law suffer the consequences.  If you don't like it, don't break the law after you give a cop the finger.  I know the compulsion is to pick a fight with a cop so it'll hard to not forcibly break any laws in order to force your confrontation, but it is indeed possible to be a decent human being.

If you don't like that police can ticket or arrest people who have broken the laws after picking a fight with a police officer, then maybe you should run for Congress.  Until then, the rest of us will sleep well knowing that Darwinism still exists.

Like I said, I'm a staunch Libertarian.  I've voted Libertarian in every election that I have ever voted in.  I also happen to believe in manners and common decency, which you obviously do not.  You wouldn't be cool if groups of people came to wherever you worked every day and picked a fight with you and dared you to touch them and then when you called the police they just laughed at you and did nothing.

 

Its really quite simple.  Don't break laws, criminal.

The difference between cops and criminals is we invest a lot of trust in cops because of the power they are given. The more forgivable we become with their behavior, i.e. they're human too, the more comfortable they become exhibiting that behavior. This is not to say we are pro criminal, just as a nation we understand the rights afforded to them as a citizen in the name of due process.
