Not a great first half for Bortles. Had one throw in particular where he underthrew a receiver in the end zone on third down and they had to settle for a FG. He's been on fire in the second half. I have seen him called a poor man's Andrew Luck. He some Big Ben qualities too. Still pretty raw as a prospect I think. I think he'll come out because he could go top 10 but I don't know if he should start right away.
