He didn't hold the team hostage by holding out to only get dinged over and over for failed drug tests and subsequently retiring because of said drug addiction. This is a great day for the franchise. J-Smooth struck fear in DB's hearts and forced defensive coordinators to roll coverage to his side of the field. He had elite speed an ran great routes. One can argue that he is the best player in franchise history.
