Fowler / Ramsay / Jack
|
There's Fowler clips all over twitter beating everyone he goes up against. I think he's going to be a good one. Day and Ngakoue from all I've read have looked really good too. Could this be another 14 draft class? Better? Wait and see....yeah yeah, but still, lots of hype from the hype machine.

I like typing out all of our studs, and then smiling at my phone afterwards.
Jackson is our leader of the Dline Fowler has been just bullying people Day has forced his way with the starters Marks has shown he can get it done Yannick is going to be our Paul Spicer Odrick led our team in sacks. That's a beast Dline. Poz is a machine and doesn't miss tackles Smith is a star in the making, so much speed and quickness. Jack is a clone of Smith. The Warriors have the Splash brothers. Well the Jags have the Hit Boys....or something like that. But we went from being thin at LBer to having one of the better units in the league. Guys like Smith and Jack can do it all. Ramsey is gifted and has been blessed by the good lord to play any sport he wanted. He is going to be another star right away. House breaks on the ball with the best of them. Colvin can play. He can hit and get to the QB. He is our Ronde Barber. Amukamura is another gifted human being. It's nice to say whoever wins it in camp then I'm ok with who is our 3rd corner. Overall we have a solid group of corners, with Ramsey being our stud. Gipson is rangey and has great communication which makes a team stronger. He is going to be the ingredients that makes this defense work. *smiling
Here is what I start to wonder; might the defense be BETTER than the offense in two seasons?
If these guys pan out, that's a TON of talent added to the defense.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Quote:Jack is a clone of Smith. The Warriors have the Splash brothers. Well the Jags have the Smash Brothers..Original, Donut Steel
THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.
RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
I love it!
SMASH BROTHERS! that's gonna stick right there. Jack and Smith are the Jags Smash Bros
I refuse to get too optimistic, but I have to agree with the premise here. We have been adding talent quietly on both sides of the ball. I really feel are going to shock some doubters this year.

I'm sorry the Jack is a clone to Smith statement was funny to me... And Yannick to Paul.. And the Poz statement... Before we compare them to average players, let them play first, because it's a chance they could be even better then the guys you compared them too... But I do share your enthusiasm..
Nothing remotely average about Telvin Smith. Shining brightly in under 2 years of play. If Jack gets acclaimed and shows as much impact in his first 'true' season like Smith, a 5th rounder, that'll be amazing.
Yannick to Spicer, you may have a point. But don't sleep on the Spice. He was the Jags' steady rush for a good stretch. I love motor effort guys like Spice. That may be Fanatic's stance in this instance, not raw talent appraisal. Poz, a true pro and once an elite now facing twilight. Par for the course mon frere.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Go all out Mighty Jaguars.

Just a steady guy with high motor that will contribute year in and year out.

Before we compare them to average players, let them play first, because it's a chance they could be even better then the guys you compared them too... But I do share your enthusiasm..Lol Telvin is average... ok. 83rd best player in the NFL as voted by the players. 1,696 players are on active NFL rosters (53*32) That means Telvin is in the top 5% of players in the NFL. Even if you say the Jags players homered that in I'd still say he's a top 200 player, making him in the top 10%. Nothing average about that at all. Poz is a Pro Bowler, even if it was as an alternate (ARob was too! Is he average?!) It still puts him in the top 15 for his position at his peak. Most teams carry around 6 linebackers which means around 192 linebackers are in the NFL making Poz a top 10% linebacker at his peak. Sure he's on the decline but he's been one of the best players for this team in the dark years. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:Lol Telvin is average... ok. Lol i was trying to figure out were you getting Telvin out of this?? But i guess im the one wrong i thought the OP was referring to Daryl Smith...lol But yeah if we talking Telvin, Jack could be his clone. And statistically you might be able to say hes average but his ceiling and athletic ability is far more then average... Thats where i was getting at..
It's going to be a nice feeling when Fowler gets that first sack.
No pain, no gain.
Quick thought on Odrick. Is it me or has his physique changed from last year? To me he looks so much more defined, more powerful?
Quote:There is finally talent on the defense. Really liking Yannick's vibe, seems like a very determined wrecking machine. We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:Since they are both known for their speed, however, might I suggest the Flash Brothers? Na that's Dwayne Wade. It's the Smash brothers.
i get the high motor = spice comparison, but Spice was a different kind of player.
Spicer was something like 6'5, 290 lbs and was more of a "big end" Yannick is barely 250 lbs and is a speed rusher only at this point.
