I couldnt be more happier

Quote:Or too bad they called that hold on Luke that was so iffy or the 4 PI calls they missed on ARob. The refs were atrocious today. Yes, might be the worst officiating I've ever seen. They were very uneven with the PI. A Jaguars being near a packer receiver meant PI. A packers DB tackling a jaguars receiver meant nothing. We show less advertisements to registered users. We we play like this every week I dont see how we DONT have winning season.
Just wondering... where was Tyson PooPoo?
Lol that's right, he was a healthy inactive. He's trash. Anyway, game balls (if we won anyway) should of went to TJ Yeldon and Telvin Smith. Those dudes played their [BLEEP] off.
I could be a lot "more happier"...we could have, you know, WON the damn game. That would make me happy.

Loser mentality.
"A man with no sauce is lost.
<p style="text-align:center;">But that same man can get lost in the sauce."
I know my opinion doesn't count & I'm not trying to tell you guys how to lose. But,"couldn't be happier"?
Nah, that's not the right attitude. Can't win them all, but if BB is to take that next step, this ain't how to do it. The ball was in his hands with a chance to win & it didn't happen. Drops... yeah, there were a couple of big ones there at the end. But he's the leader on the field & he's got to make it happen. Lot of good stuff here, no doubt. But it's a loss. The only way to feel good about this is if the team responds positively next week. With a W, otherwise they didn't learn anything.

He kept us in the game and the refs kept GB in the game. Its pretty unfortunate how it turned out, but it happened and we have to move on. Quote:Oh course, no game is free of criticism. Not this year my friend. This season won't be about "learning experiences" or "how hard he played." This season will be about the wins. Let's see if you have that same thought next week barring the outcome. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:I know my opinion doesn't count & I'm not trying to tell you guys how to lose. But,"couldn't be happier"? Yeah, the title could have been phrased better, but I get a lot of the points in the OP. To me at least, even though the loss was disappointing, there was (as you said) lots of good stuff. I didn't think this team looked like the Jags of the last few years. I am optimistic.

Quote:I mean you could argue the 2007 games vs the Steelers. But, those games were pretty sloppy. The Chargers 2007 was also great, but sloppy. 2006 vs Indy at home was also pretty great. And Im not looking for excitement either, like Mike Thomas hail mary or Scobee 53 vs Colts. its all about playing at the HIGHEST level, vs a consistently great team. Yeah the Steelers games.
Quote:Happy Losers.U wouldn't be saying that if Ivory was playing.. With his 5 yards a carry not there.. the Jags had to convert on 4th down several times.. Trust me that wouldn't happen if Ivory had played.. Quote:U wouldn't be saying that if Ivory was playing.. With his 5 yards a carry not there.. the Jags had to convert on 4th down several times.. Trust me that wouldn't happen if Ivory had played.. This is the big leagues. Injuries are part of it and not having Ivory is no excuse and not why we lost. It's time to win some damn football games. We almost beat a better team last year in week 1. How did that work out? Close doesn't count in football. Quote:You need to stamp your foot more, maybe daddy will buy you a pony. /sarcasm This team hasn't made the playoffs since the Bush administration. Do you really expect exuberance after a moral victory? Quote:You need to stamp your foot more, maybe daddy will buy you a pony. I'm not "stamping" my foot. The team should have one and didn't. Moral victories don't mean a damn thing. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:I'd respectfully disagree. I'm tried of measuring sticks, win a damn game. I couldn't agree with you more. Quote:This team hasn't made the playoffs since the Bush administration. Do you really expect exuberance after a moral victory?I am pretty pleased with much of what I saw in the game. Both our lines need to improve, and Bortles needs to get better at clock management. What happened in the last 9 years is done. I was looking at the product on the field, and it looked better than it has since the Bush administration. But hey, enjoy that cilice.
