Who needs a cardiologist? I have a doctor on the third floor, and if I can make it up the stairs without going into a heavy pant I figure I'm good!

A friend/coworker of mine shot/killed himself tonight... You never know what's really going on in other persons lives.

So yesterday and today I'm doing 6.30am-4.30pm overtime - I guess I'll just have to have 4 solid weeks off, rather than 5!
