You can use whatever term you want on them, but saying she is corrupt and used excessive force could be proven wrong following an investigation. You want to believe those things are true, but they could just as easily be proven false.

 

As for rioters, we have a ton of evidence of their destruction based on the numerous media coverage, cameras everywhere, eye witnesses, and more. The shooting didn't have nearly this much clarity.  They really aren't comparable.

Because a cop that makes a MISTAKE is not a criminal.  You don't have the fortitude to put the uniform on and do the job.  Show where this particular police officer was "corrupt and using excessive force".  She made a mistake and though it was a deadly one, it still doesn't mean that she should go to prison.  First degree manslaughter is only to appease liberals like you.

Humans are fallible creatures who have regular lapses in judgement and ability. Driving is extremely dangerous. I don't think that person should go to jail.

It's not what you think.. it's what you expect. If I accidentally killed someone, I would expect a minimal sentence. Not sure why that is hard to believe or why you're treating it like a "gotcha" question.

Come on man are you reading what you are writing?  This woman in all likelihood has been balling her eyes out over this (conjecture on my part) where as that rioter in Charlotte after throwing the brick through the window and running out with the 54" flat screen most likely feels no remorse.  Your comparison is beyond apples and oranges.
