Bortles looks like Tebow -- check out that wind-up.  He didn't have that last year did he?  There's a hitch in his mechanics as he brings the ball down to his hip prior to releasing.

I don't get it. Bortles looks like he's regressed so bad compared to last year. At this point I just want to see Fowler get a sack or two and keep his tally going good for his "rookie" season.
